Poetry
Poem:
Mind And Breast
I realize I am small when I begin to look around,
I recognize the cries of others when I listen beyond my own sound.
I see the need of helping lift another's burden,
The Savior lifted all of us as he knelt down in the garden.
He saw what each heart ached and felt every stuffy nose,
That day He turned a thorn bush into a rose.
That day He opened the pass to let us in,
That night He made it possible that we can be free from sin.
My heart awakes, my eyes now open,
To hear and feel the words my Lord has spoken.
"Come, all he that are heavy laden and I will give you rest,"
"Be one with all and feel me with both mind and breast."
