So its been awhile. I've Been spending time with my friends and stuff like that. I've been working out which is fun because im working out with one of my best friends. I think i am going to buy a play-school kitchen for my nieces and nephews i grew up with one so i want to play with them on it.

Good Times

It was my mothers 37^th birthday and I was going to take her to a movie tonight. It had her favorite actor in it Gerry Butler. It was a perfect night for a movie, the air was cool the sun was shining what could go wrong. “ Mom” I said “ Why don’t you wear this?” I held out a jewelry box in my hand. It was beautiful box, it had her favorite flower on it which was a red rose. She opened it and out came a beautiful diamond necklace. “ Oh Charley its beautiful” said Lilly “ I love it” She hugged me and told me how she loved me. “Mom I said we better get going the movie starts a 9:30”

My mother made a lot of money she was a top designer in New York, she designed dresses for celebrities like Reese Witherspoon, Julia Roberts and a lot of other stars, She would even designed things for me once in a while. Mom had everything she even had a designer line called Lily Love . Plus I worked as a actress on stage, So it was me and my mom and my chocolate lab puppy Toby. Toby was my everything whenever I was scared Toby was always there to calm me down.

So we went to the movie with our dresses on that my mom made. Hers was baby blue with lace on the front, mine was red because red was my favorite color. With rubies everywhere that came out. At the movie premiere we met a lot of stars like Jennifer Green who played Gerry’s love interest. Mom got asked a lot of questions about her new fashion line. My mom was to preoccupied with the press. To notice that I was having a nice conversation with Gerry. He came over to me and he looked like he knew me. He said to me “You look familiar?” I was so nervous I didn’t know what to say. Here was my mothers and mine Hollywood’s crush and I had no idea what to say. So I just acted like myself and said “ Hello Mr. Butler, I’m” “ I know who you are I’ve seen you on Broadway ,and I got to say pretty stunning” I started to blush. “ Why thank you.” I said “ Wait till my mom sees you, I’ll go get her” I rushed to find my mother buried in the crowd she was talking to her best friend Jennifer Green. I rushed over to her “Mom, guess who I got with me? Gerry Butler .“

“AAAHHH!!” She screamed and everyone looked.

She ran to Gerry and said “ Mr. Butler I’ve been dying to meet you.” I’ve been dying to meet you” he said I could tell at that moment the two of then fell in love. They looked into each others eyes for over 10 minutes. He was entranced by her beauty, her brown curly hair, the way it was blowing in the wind, her light blue eyes the way they twinkled in the lights, he was just taken with her. I myself found true love on Broadway his name was Ryan Austin. He was the hottest movie bachelor ever ,every girl wanted him. I sometimes would wonder to myself how I got so lucky but then again, he loved me for who I was my beautiful voice and my beauty. He was a romantic so he would surprise me with jewelry and roses ( my favorite flower) I loved him to death. For my last birthday he gave me this beautiful silver promise ring and said someday we would get married. He loved me, he would do anything for me. My mother loved him like the son she never had. The night at the premire he told me that he was shooting a movie in Boston but instead he surprised me with roses in his hand. We ran into each others arms, and kissed.

Finally after hours of talking the movie started. We went to sit down.

Gerry and my mother sat together and I sat with Ryan. Before the movie started the director came to talk about the movie, how he was so proud of it and his two stars Gerry Butler and Jennifer Green. Mom and I were really excited to see this movie we read all the reviews. The movie was about this 22 year old girl who wanted to be beautiful to someone, she was loved by many and she had a beautiful spirit she just had to believe that. Now this girl was special because she was handicapped, and sometimes it would get frustrating for her, but she had everything she had her Heavenly Father, her friends her family, her life. So one day she meets this stunning man at work. He’s exactly the same age as her but 23 years old. They start spending time together and they fall in love with each other. He thinks she’s beautiful no matter what. He is so touched her beauty and her love for God.

By the time the movie was over me and mom were in tears. “Oh Gerry that was beautiful” we both told him. He thanked and hugged us both. As he hugged me he whispered in my hear “Keep in touch” I was shocked when he said this.

So I kept his promise and ever since then we kept in touch.

Sunny Days

It was a beautiful morning, so I thought I would take Toby for a walk and think about last night. Was it a dream? no it was real. It was really a magical night. I felt scared and excited all at the same time. I was on my way to Starbucks when all of a sudden I spotted him. It was Gerry and his black lab Tess. “ Charley!!” he yelled. He ran so fast I could not believe it . I was so happy to see him. I thought to myself he would be the perfect father to me. He wore some jeans and a kaki dress coat. “Where’s your mother?” he asked me “She had a fashion show all day, but she will be back later.” He handed me a bundle of roses. ”These are for your mom” he told me “Ok I’ll give them to her”. “ I have to go so I’ll see you soon” and he walked away. Something is going on I thought to myself . I had the whole house to myself and rehearsal didn’t start till three.

So I called my friend Beth and told her what was going on, and she said she would help me investigate. “ Are you sure we should your mother won’t mind us snooping? I feel bad about it.” She said. “Nonsense” I said “ If this man is my biological father I have a right to know.” Mom never really told me about my dad, I did ask but I guess it was too painful to talk about. I always wanted my dad in my life you know to be the one to walk down the aisle on my wedding day. Ryan and I had talked about marriage as long as we were married to each other we didn’t care where. As we were looking we found old photos of Gerry and Lilly on their wedding day. “ Aww they look so happy, I wonder what happened?” I said Just then Beth found this beautiful wedding dress I looked like Christine’s dress in The Phantom Of The Opera. “WOW!” Both of us said. “It’s beautiful.” “ You should wear that for your part.” I have just won the part of Christine while my Ryan was the stunning Phantom. I started to cry because I knew right then and there that this sweet wonderful man was my dad.

It was ten to three and we both had to go so we quickly put everything back the way may mom had it, but I put the wedding picture in my secret chest. During rehearsal my mind was still on the picture I couldn’t even focus what I was doing the director was getting frusterated with me and Ryan could tell. So after rehearsal Ryan took me aside and he said to me “Baby What’s wrong?” As soon I was in his arms I started to cry Ryan always knew what to say to calm me down. So I showed him the picture and his first response was “ But this is Gerry and your Mom?” So I told him the whole story Beth helped me of course because it was very emotional for me. “ My mom doesn’t even know that I know her secret., I’ll just talk to her later tonight.” Ryan gave me a hug and took me home and then kissed me goodnight.

That night I went into my mom’s room she had just gotten home. So she was getting comfortable for the night. She always loved coming home and getting into her ‘comfy clothes’ as she would call them . I started to talk “ Mom these are from Gerry” I handed her the red roses that Gerry gave me . She started to cry they were so beautiful. There was a letter in the flowers and it said:

My Darling Lily,

You looked wonderful the other night. It was really good to see you again. I will love you until the stars fall. I can’t wait to see you again.

Ok something is going on I thought. “Mom” I said “I know your secret” She just glanced at me. I showed her the picture . She began to cry in my arms “oh Charley there is something I’d been meaning to tell you, I guess your old enough to know.” She sat me down on her bed, and put her arm around me. She said that she was very young and in love. “Gerry and I were sixteen when we met, I guess you can say that we were childhood sweethearts, all the girls went nuts for him which he didn’t like very much. I guess he just wanted a normal girl who didn’t do that.” She took a breath. I was in 12^th grade. I was in sewing class and that’s where it happened. The minute we made eye contact we knew we were destined for each other.” “We started dating and hanging out and we told our dreams to each other. We both wanted to be famous in someway”. “ We eventually fell madly in love with each other.” My mom told me about all these adventures she and Gerry went on. Mom continues” One night we went on a walk on the lake, and as I look out there are these floating candles in a heart shape. I heart I see the words “ Will You Marry Me?” I started to cry. “ I said yes We kissed for 1 minute . We ran home to tell our parents they were thrilled.” “ We had a small wedding, friends family, It was a beautiful wedding roses everywhere, candles floating in the water. Then we went on our honeymoon to Rome.” She was emotional at this part. “That’s where you came in kiddo!” We both cried in each others arms. I started to talk” You mean Gerry is my dad ?? What happened?” She answered “The press was always and we just wanted to live a simple life, because we had a baby to support and we wanted to protect you.” She continued “ So ever since then we only see each other privately. He would come over and we will have late night hot chocolate , and talk until all hours of the night “

So now I finally understood why my mother held it all together these years, it was all to protect me. Wow!! My parents rule. “Mom” I said “I think its time to talk to my dad.” “Charley” my mom said “ You can’t just go up to your father and talk about this.” “Mom if this guy is my father I need to face the music sooner then later. Later that night I called Gerry and told him to meet me at Starbucks for tea. So the next morning I met him at 10. I took Toby for moral support. As I went inside I saw him waiting patiently at a table. As I was walking towards him I thought to myself” Man I’m good-looking” My father was very good-looking he has dreamy blue eyes a he was tanned so beautiful. He started to speak “ Charley you sounded upset on the phone, what’s wrong sweetie??” I loved how he was sounding fatherly towards me. It was my turn to speak “ Gerry I know your secret.” He looked at me with those kind eyes again, and held my hand so I would stop crying. “ So you talked to your mother hey?” By this time I was so emotional so emotional that he took me in his arms and gave me a fatherly hug , and whispered gently in my ear “ Let’s go to house darling.” We walked in silence on the way to his house. Toby and Tess by our sides. When we finally arrived he made sure I was comfortable he did fatherly things like get his daughter a blanket and a pillow. He got me some water. His place was nice the lighting was dim but not to dim. Pictures everywhere , He loved art, Especially ones of dogs. There was a picture of him and Tess. In his room was a picture above his bed was the exact same picture of him and my mother. He kept her close to his heart, and in the corner of the room was a baby picture when I was born.

He began to speak” So I take it your mother told you everything?” I shrugged my shoulders. He reached out for my hand again. “Charley sweetie its ok” Gerry was the type of man that would do anything for anybody.” He told me the exact same story mom told me the other night but different.

Love Grows

When I woke up in the morning my mom was so happy, It was so good to see her happy I haven’t seen her this happy since she was at her own fashion show in New York. I heard her get up so I thought I should wake up. My mom was singing happily in the kitchen making us beautiful breakfast out on the patio it was a beautiful morning out. “Mom what’s the celebration?” I asked “ Well” she said “ your dad and I got back together last night.” All the sudden Gerry comes around the corner in a bathrobe. “Morin princess” he said. I wasn’t sure how I felt about this of course I wanted my mom to be happy, but it was all happening to fast. What if the paparazzi were just at the door waiting for him to come out?? “Charley” my mom called out my name are you ok?” “ Yeah” I said “ I just need a walk.” So I went for a walk with Toby to clear my head, but just as I was almost to the coffee shop I realized Gerry was behind me. “You left upset love” he said. “Of course I am what if this gets out?.” I shouted angrily “It won’t, come on I’ll buy you a cup of tea.” So we went to Star Bucks and and he bought me a cup of tea. We just sat there and talked for hours. Finally my mom came in and when she did, I gave her a huge hug and told her that I was so happy for her, but just then from the corner of my I saw the press outside the coffe shop. So I phoned Ryan took Toby and told him to meet me at Central Park, I would always go there whenever I had problems. Ryan showed up and I told him what was wrong.

Any thoughts im thinking of doing some short love stories? Please help
